- It is positioned as HDFC AMC’s offshore hub and will provide both Indian investment solutions for global investors and global solutions for offshore and Indian investors.
- It is a wholly owned subsidiary of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (“HDFC AMC”). HDFC AMC was established in 1999, is the asset manager to HDFC Mutual Fund, one of India’s largest Mutual Fund by Assets Under Management and is a subsidiary of HDFC Bank Limited.
